吡喹酮治疗对家兔肝癌发生过程中肥大细胞的影响

INFLUENCE OF PRAZIQUANTEL ON MAST CELLS DURING HEPATOCARCINOGENESIS IN RABBITS

本文动态观察了吡喹酮（ＰＱＴ）治疗对日本血吸虫与二乙基亚硝胺（ＤＥＮ）诱发家兔肝癌发生过程中肥大细胞的影响。结果显示，用ＰＱＴ治疗的家兔，早、中、晚期，肝内的肥大细胞（ＭＣ）数量明显高于仅用日本血吸虫感染与ＤＥＮ毒性作用后各期肝内的ＭＣ数量。

Sequential observation was made to detect the influence of praziquantel (PQT) on mast cells during the process of Schistosoma japonicum and diethylnitrosamine(DEN) induced hepatocarcinogenesis in rabbits. The result showed that in the early, middly and late stages after drug administration, the number of mast cells in the liver tissues in the group where PQT and DEN were used was obviously more than that in the group where only DEN was given after infection of Schistosoma japonicum . These observations suggested that PQT may promote the heperplasia of mast cells.
