摘要
以氯霉素为印迹分子,丙烯酰胺为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,合成了对氯霉素有较好选择性的印迹聚合物。利用静态吸附平衡实验和Scatchard分析法研究了此印迹聚合物的吸附性能,结果表明:与非印迹聚合物比较,印迹聚合物聚合物对氯霉素具有较强的吸附特性,其最大吸附量Qmax为484.41μmol/g;模板-印迹聚合物的解离常数KD为6.86×10-3mol/L。
The chloramphenicol molecular imprinted polymer was prepared by using chloramphenicol as an imprinted molecule, acrylamide as functional monomers, and EGDMA as across linking agent. Its adsorption properties was investigated with static adsorption equilibrium experiments and scatchard analysis. The results showed: compared with non - imprinted polymer, the imprinted polymer had much higher affinity for chloramphenicol. The max adsorptive capacity (Qmax) was 484.4 1μmol/g. The dissociation constant ( KD) was calculated as 6.86 × 10^-3 mol/L.
