摘要
为了探讨丁酸钠对人肝癌细胞各种酶活性的影响,采用丁酸钠处理Bel-7402人肝癌细胞,测定其γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)、酪氨酸-α-酮戊二酸转氨酶(TAT)、醛缩酶(ALD)的比活力和细胞增殖速度。结果显示,2.5mmol/L和5.0mmol/L的丁酸钠能明显抑制人肝癌细胞增殖,并使肝癌标志酶γ-GT活性及反映肝细胞恶变或损伤的ALD活性明显降低(P<0.01,P<0.05),而使反映肝细胞分化的TAT活性明显升高(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结果表明,丁酸钠能引起人肝癌细胞γ-GT、TAT、ALD明显改变。
After SB treatment,the proliferation rates and specific activities of γ-glutamyl transpeptidase(γ-GT),tyrosine-α-ketoglutarate aminotransferase(TAT) and aldolase(ALD) were detemined.The results showed that after treating with 2.5 mmol/L and 5 mmol/L SB,the cell proliferations were inhibited significantly,the specific activity of γ-GT,the liver cancer mark enzyme,was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the specific activity of ALD which reflected liver cell cancerating and damaging was significantly decreased too(P<0.05),but the specific activity of TAT which reflected liver cell differentiating was significantly increased(P<0.05).These results indicated that SB could induce significantly varied activity of γ-GT,TAT and ALD,and these enzymes can be considered as index of differentiation of the Bel-7402 cells.
