摘要
对分离纯化的发菜胞外多糖EPS和荚膜多糖CPSA和CPSB纯化物,分别进行红外光谱检测,初步分析了多糖化学结构;通过自由基清除实验对胞外多糖EPS和荚膜多糖CPSB的抗氧化活性也进行了测定,结果表明,发菜胞外多糖EPS与荚膜多糖CPSB对羟自由基清除能力都很强,其中EPS对羟自由基的清除作用更强,EPS与CPSB对超氧阴离子自由基都有明显的清除能力,两者的清除能力基本相同;EPS与CPSB对DPPH的清除能力均较弱。
The purification of Nostocflagelliforme polysaccharides, including exopolysaccharide (EPS) and capsularpolysaccharide (CPSA and CPSB) , which were tested separately to analysis chemical structure by Infrared Spectroscopy. And the anti-oxidation activity of EPS and CPSB were studied by scavenging free radical experiment. The result indicated that both EPS and CPSB have strong scavenging ability on hydroxyl radical, and EPS is stronger. The scavenging effects of EPS and CPSB on superoxide radical were more significant and almost same. However both of them have weak scavenging ability on DPPH radical.
