摘要
考察了亚麻木酚素的热稳定性和酸碱稳定性;采用一步醇碱水解法从亚麻籽中提取亚麻木酚素,以高效液相色谱法定量测定,并通过单因素实验和响应曲面法分析,确定提取的最优工艺条件为:乙醇体积分数70%,提取温度60℃,pH为12,提取时间2h,在此条件下SDG提取率为12.21mg/g,收率为93.85%,产品纯度为34.8%。
The thermal and acid-base stability of Flaxseed Lignan was investigated and the extracting procedure of secoisolariciresinol diglycoside (SDG) was studied. HPLC was applied to determine the contents of SDG in the extract. Single factor experiment and response surface analysis was used to optimize SDG extraction conditions. The optimal procedure for the extracting of SDG from flaxseed was : extraction temperature 60℃ ,pH 12,extraction time 2 h, the extraction rate of SDG was up to 12.21 mg/g , the yield was 93.85% and purity was 34.8% by 70% ethanol.
