摘要 目的探讨肿瘤乏氧细胞增敏剂甘氨双唑钠在鼻咽癌局部复发治疗的应用价值。方法60例鼻咽癌首程根治性放疗后局部复发患者随机分为对照组(单纯放疗)、试验组(放疗+甘氨双唑钠),比较两组疗效和放射性损伤程度。结果试验组完全缓解率、部分缓解率、1年生存率和1年无瘤生存率均高于对照组,差异显著。两组患者在放射性损伤程度方面均无显著性差异。结论甘氨双唑钠可增强鼻咽癌局部复发灶放射治疗敏感性,同时不增加放疗的毒副反应。 Objective To study the effect of glycididazole sodium in the treatment for recurrence of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods Sixty patients with recurrence of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly divided into two groups,control group receiving radiotherapy and exprimental group receiving radiosensitizer. The clinical efficacy and radiation injury were compared in two groups. Results Complete remission rate, partial remission rate and one-year survival rate in the experimetnal group were significantly higher than those in control group. There was no significant difference in radiation injury between two groups. Conclusion Glycididazole sodium can be used as an hypoxic tumor cell radiosensitizer to improve the clinical efficacy of radiotherapy in the treatment for recurrence of nasopharyngeal carcinoma with no increase in the radiation injury.
