目的探讨慢性腰腿痛外科手术治疗方法和疗效。方法7年来采用小切口椎板开窗减压治疗慢性腰腿痛126例。结果1年以上远期随访优良率达89%。结论选择合适病例行小切口椎板开窗减压治疗慢性腰腿痛患者,创伤小,无须广泛减压固定,康复快,费用低,能避免社会医疗资源的浪费。

Objective Discussion on the treatment of backleg pain and efficacy. Methods For seven years,small incsion lamina window backleg pain relief for the treatment of chronic long-term outcome 126 cases. Results More than one year long-term fullow-up results,excellent rate of 89%.
