新型小波包频带能量法在电机断条故障诊断中的研究 被引量:3

摘要 讨论了交-交变频调速系统故障诊断的重要性,针对目前变频系统输出电流谐波比较大,用常规方法不易判断的问题,提出了用新型小波包频带能量法提取电机断条故障信号的特征量,并运用该算法对变频调速系统电机断条时和正常时输出电流波形特征量进行分析。仿真结果表明,新型小波包频带能量特征法与常规诊断方法相比,具有准确度高、诊断速度快等优点。 The importance of fault diagnosis for AC-AC frequency conversion drivers is discussed. In view of the current system of variable frequency output current harmonic comparison, conventional methods is not easy to determine on the basis of the proposed new use of wavelet packet-band energy extraction article electrical fault cut the signal characteristic, And the use of the method analysis Frequency Control System when the motor off and be normal when the output current wave characteristic. The diagnosis results show that the improvement with the conventional diagnostic method, used new band energy algorithm of the wavelet packets with the accuracy of fault diagnosis, diagnosis and fast and good generalization ability.
