宫颈锥切术后切缘阳性及其处理

摘要 近年来,宫颈上皮内病变(CIN)的发现显著增多,并有明显年轻化倾向,且已成为生育年龄妇女最常见的妇科疾患,为使那些年轻患者能够保留生育功能,宫颈锥切术越来越多地用于宫颈病变的治疗,随之而来的宫颈锥切术后组织标本切缘阳性的意义及其处理问题,成为人们关注的焦点和热点。
