摘要
目的:研究静脉血样品放置时间对血细胞分析结果的影响。方法:抽取静脉血置抗凝管中,分别在6个时间点测试分析结果。结果:8h内测定结果均无显著性差异。1小时内测定MPV值最佳。结论:取得血样后应及时测定血液分析结果。
Objective：To study the influence of storage period towards Blood Cell Analysis of vein blood.Method：Analyze vein blood sample at six point-in-time and analyze the results.Result：It is no distinct difference from the results in 8 hours.And we need analyze the MPV in 1 hours better.Conclusion：We should analyze the vein blood sample as quickly as possible.
