乳腺癌保留乳房术式的临床探讨

Conservative Operation for Breast Cancer

对20例临床Ⅰ、Ⅱ。期乳腺癌行保留乳房手术，探讨其临床应用价值。初步报道治疗方法及近期疗效。提出：①手术适应于肿瘤≤3cm的单一孤立性病灶，不累及乳头；乳房大小适中；腋淋巴结不超过N1②手术包括肿瘤扩大切除和全腋淋巴结清扫。③术后必须行全乳房＋选择性区域淋巴组织放疗。结果表明：临床Ⅰ、Ⅱ。期乳腺癌行保留乳房手术能明显改善生活质量，疗效与全乳切除＋腋清术相似。

: In this paper, the extended lumpectomy was prespectively performed in 20 patientswith breast cancer in stage Ⅰ /Ⅱ a. The authors emphasized: (1). This operation is suited to the pa-tients with solitary, small tumor(≤3cm), nipple not involved, bueast size medium and axillary lymphnodes not exceeded Nla (2). The desection scope includes the primary tumor and axillary lymph nodes.(3). Radiotherapy must be performed postoperatively for total breast and regional lymph nodes. The re- sults showed that the reservative operation for breast cancer in stage Ⅰ /Ⅱa displayed satisfactory effect- s. Compared with radical operation, the patients' life quality with reservative operation are improvedand the therapeutic effects are not different significantly.
