颌骨骨巨细胞瘤的X线诊断(附7例分析)

The Roentgenographic Diagnosis of Jaws Giant Cell Tumors (Analysis of Seven Cases)

目的：探讨颌骨骨巨细胞瘤的X线表现特点和诊断。材料与方法：收集经手术及病理证实的7例颌骨骨巨细胞瘤的病理及X线资料，并作了对照研究。结果：颌骨骨巨细胞瘤呈溶骨性、膨胀性破坏，边界清，无硬化缘，病变区除残留骨外呈均质性，牙槽突骨质破坏及牙根尖骨质吸收。结论：颌骨骨巨细胞瘤的X线表现具有一定的特征性，因此，X线检查对颌骨骨巨细胞瘤的诊断与鉴别诊断具有重要价值。

Purpose: To evaluate the X-ray characteristic and X-ray diagnosis of Jaws giant cell tumors. Meterials and Methods: Seven cases of giant cell tumors of Jaws comfirmed by operation and pathology were studied, and the compared study were done. Results: The X-ray menifestations of giant cell tumors of jaws were as follow: show an expansile, osteolytic lesion ; The margins of the lesions may be well and sclerotic rim are not evident ; uniformity density in the lesions ; Destruction and resorption in the apex of tooth and alveolar portion, Conclusion: giant cell tumors of jaws are some features in X-ray, as a result, X-ray examinations are of very important value in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of giant cell tumors of jaws.
