p27蛋白在软骨肉瘤中表达的意义

Singnificance of the novel p27 protein expression in Chondrosarcomas

目的：新近发现的ｐ２７蛋白在细胞增殖和分化调控中起非常重要作用。本研究目的是探讨ｐ２７表达在软骨肉瘤中的意义。方法：用特异而敏感的免疫组化Ｓ－Ｐ法测定软骨肉瘤石蜡切片中ｐ２７表达。结果：ｐ２７在软骨肉瘤表达为７２２％（２６／３６），而在良性软骨肿瘤和正常软骨中基本不见表达。ｐ２７表达与软骨肉瘤组织病理学分级呈显著正相关（ｒ＝０８９５，Ｐ＜００５），组织学分级高分化差的软骨肉瘤，ｐ２７表达愈强。结论：ｐ２７蛋白在软骨肉瘤诊断中具有实用价值，且可作为软骨肉瘤诊断标记物和预后指标。

?Objective: The p27 Protein,which has recently been found,plays a very important role in the regulation of cellular proliferation and differentiation.The aim of this study was to investigate the significance of the p27 protein expression in Chondrosarcomas.Method:p27 expression was studied in paraffinembeded sections of chondrosarcomas by means of a specific and sensitive immunohistochemical S-P assay.Results:p27 expression was present in 26/36(72.2%)Chondrosarcoma,and benign cartilage tumors and normal cartilage tissue gave negative results.p27 expression showed a significant direct correlation with the histopathological grading(r=0.895,P<0.05),Chondrosarcomas with high histological grade and poor differentiation showed a bias toward a increase in p27 expression. Conclusions:p27 protein has practical value in diagnosis of Chondrosarcomas,and it may be used as a differentiation marker and a prognostic index.
