摘要
从１９８０年至１９９７年我院收治的颞骨岩部胆脂瘤１０例，其中男７例，女３例。均行手术治疗，行颅中窝进路３例，迷路进路３例，乳突－颅中窝联合进路４例。术后随诊３个月至２年，治愈率为８０％。ＣＴ为常规检查方法。手术进路根据患者听力、病变范围、部位而决定。本文就其病因、诊断及治疗方法进行探讨。
