北京市45所三级医院医院感染管理现状调查

Nosocomial Infection Management in Beijing′s Tertiary Care Hospitals:Current Status

目的了解北京市三级医院的医院感染管理现状,总结特点,查找问题,为进一步提高医疗质量提供依据。方法根据医院感染管理相关政策法规制定统一评估表,培训调查员,对北京市45所三级医院进行现场评估。结果三级医院基本建立了较完善的医院感染管理体系和制度,多数医院感染管理重点部门管理较规范,抗菌药物使用、手卫生及医务人员职业安全日益得到重视,开展了一系列目标监测,医院感染聚集性发生事件的记录和处理日趋理性。结论多数三级医院的医院感染管理工作已逐步走上规范化、标准化的轨道,但仍需改进。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the current status of nosocomial infection management in Beijing＇s tertiary care hospitals, summarize characteristics and identify the problems to improve medical quality. METHODS By desiging generic evaluation forms, train the investigators, 45 Beijing＇ s tertiary care hospitals were evaluated according to the related legislations onsite. RESULTS Almost all of the tertiary level hospitals had established complete nosocomial infection management systems and regulations. The management in most essential departments such as operating rooms and sterilization supply centers was proper. The use of antibiotics, hands hygiene and safety concerns of hospital staffs had been paid more attention to. A series of objective monitoring had been done. The recording and handling of epidemic nosocomial infections tendency were becoming more rational. However, common problems remained such as multi-drug Tesistance of bacteria. CONCLUSIONS Nosocomial infection management in most of the tertiary care hospitals has progressed into a well regulated and standard track. But more improvements are need to be done.
