摘要
利用延胡索和白头翁两种有毒植物的氯仿提取物对7种病原真菌进行了离体抑菌活性的测定。试验结果表明:两种提取物对玉米纹枯病和红景天立枯病菌及玉米弯孢叶斑病菌的抑制效果较好,对菌丝生长抑制作用的EC50值在43.98~63.95mg/L和48.54~61.26mg/L之间;在孢子萌发试验中,延胡索氯仿提取物对所供试的病原真菌的孢子萌发抑制率均高于白头翁氯仿提取物,且对所供试病原菌的抑制效果均在60%以上。
Antifungal activities of extracts from Corydalis andPulsatilla by chloroform on seven kinds of pathogens were tested. The results indicated that the fungicidal activities of the two kinds of the extracts against Rhizoctonia solani Kuhn, Rhizoctonia solani and Curvularia lunata were best. The EC50 values of inhibitory effects against mycelial growth of the pathogen were 43.98 - 63.95 mg/L and 48.54 - 61.26mg/L,respectively. The trial of spore germination showed that the inhibitory rate of the Corydalis extract was 60% higher than of the Pulsatilla extract.
