摘要
项目控制水平的高低对实现工程项目管理目标意义重大。根据工程项目控制现状,分析了工程项目控制的目标系统,提出了工程项目控制水平提高的关键环节,即制定合理项目目标,重视项目管理系统中计划、组织、指挥、协调对实施控制的促进作用,采取科学的项目管理技术。为提高项目控制水平提供一定的参考。
The level of project control is important to achieve the goal of construction project management. According to the status quo of project control, the target system of the project control is analysed and the key element to raise the level of project control is made, that is the reasonable project goal is determinated, the promotion role of the planning, the organizing, the commanding, and the coordination of the project management system is played, and the scientific project control technology is taken. It provides the certain reference to raise the project control level.
