Toll样受体与心血管疾病 被引量：1

摘要 心血管疾病是一组多危险因素疾病,年龄、性别、血脂异常、高血压、吸烟、糖尿病、肥胖、遗传和感染等因素与其发生、发展密切相关。Toll样受体（toll like receptors,TLRs）是一类表达于细胞膜上与微生物识别有关的受体家族。它们能够识别特定类型微生物保守的分子成分,即病原体相关分子模式（pathogen asso ciated molecular patterns，PAMPs），通过激活细胞信号传导途径，激活天然免疫反应，还可以通过提供刺激分子和诱导T细胞分化的细胞因子，帮助机体建立获得性免疫。本文就TLRs的结构及信号传导途径与一些临床心血管疾病的关系及研究前景等进行大致介绍。
