流感病毒的致病机理研究进展 被引量：5

摘要 流感病毒属于正黏病毒科流感病毒属。具有多种形态,可呈杆状或丝状,一般为球形。直径80～120nm,由包膜和致密的病毒核心组成。按其核蛋白（nucleic protein,NP）和基质蛋白（matrix protein,MP）抗原性不同将其分为A、B、C三个血清型。根据血凝素（hemagglutinin，HA）和神经氨酸酶（neuraminidase，NA）的不同又分为众多亚型，仅A型流感病毒有很多亚型．HA有15个亚型和NA有9种亚型。
