现代根管治疗方法在牙髓塑化后根管再治疗中的应用

Root canal therapy of resinified teeth with modern endodontics therapy

目的:了解现代根管治疗方法在塑化根管再治疗中的作用。方法:选取临床上已行塑化治疗但因修复需要进行根管再治疗的患者62例,患牙64颗(143个根管),运用显微超声技术和旋转镍钛锉进行根管的再治疗,记录根管再治疗的疗效和根管充填的效果。结果:110个根管(82.52%)疏通获得成功,50颗患牙(78.13%)的再治疗取得成功。其中上颌前磨牙中的塑化不完全的再治疗成功率为100%;下颌磨牙塑化不完全伴有根管内牙本质钙化的再治疗成功率最低,为33.33%。结论:现代根管治疗方法在塑化治疗后行根管再治疗中能够取得比较好的临床效果。

Objective：To explore the role of modern endodontics therapy in root canal retreatment of resinifled teeth.Methods：Sixty-two patients with 64 teeth（143 root canals） that had been treated with resinifying therapy before were selected for root canal retreatment under microscope with ultrasonic instrument.All of these canals were shaped by Ni-Ti rotary instruments ProTaper,and obturated with vertical compaction technique.The efficiency of preparation and obturation was evaluated with radiographs before,during and after operation. Results：One hundred and ten （85.52%） root canals were got through and 50 （78.13%）teeth were retreated successfully.The maxillary premolars that were not completely resinified got the best result （100%）,while the mandibular molars that were not only completely resinified but also calcified were the lowerest （33.33%）. Conclusion：The use of modern endodontic therapy can improve the clinical effect of root canal retreatment of teeth with resinifying therapy before.
