摘要
图书馆规章制度是做好和检验图书馆各项工作的标尺和准则,它必须随着图书馆各项工作的发展、变化而不断发展。图书馆的发展与现实表明,传统的借阅服务制度与服务方式不能适应时代要求,建立人性化的借阅制度势在必行。
