“211工程”高校图书馆学科馆员制度建设调查

Investigation on Subject Librarian System Construction of "211 Projects" Academic Libraries in China

为了了解我国"211工程"高校图书馆学科馆员的实施情况,通过访问我国107所"211工程"高校图书馆的主页,发现已建立学科馆员制度并可以正常访问的图书馆只有29家。文章从学科馆员职责、人数、管理模式等方面分析了这29家图书馆学科馆员制度建设的特点,针对存在的学科馆员栏目设置不合理、职责不明确、学科导航建设质量不高等问题,提出了相应的对策。

For the aim of understanding the condition of implementing the subject librarian of ＂21 l projects＂ academic li- braries in China, it is founded that there are only29 libraries have implemented subject librarian system among 107 ＂21 lprouects＂ academic libraries in China by visiting their home page. Their features are analyzed from the duty, the num- ber and the management mode of subject librarian. At last, the corresponding countermeasures are pointed accordance with the existing problems of subject librarian system construction.
