摘要
２４例未经抗癫痫治疗的原发性癫痫患者和１５名正常人血清一氧化氮和肿瘤坏死因子浓度进行测定，结果显示患者组血清浓度明显高于正常对照组。一氧化氮增高可能是白介素－１，肿瘤坏死因子等的调节作用。
The serum nitric oxide concentration in 24 patients with idiopathic epilepsy and 15 normal adult was determined .The result showed that the level of nitric oxide in patient group was obviously higher than that in normal group.Serum nitric oxide concentration increase could resulted from immunoregulatory of IL-1 TNFα and patient's selfprotective mechanism for terminating seizure.
