硼替佐米治疗多发性骨髓瘤导致急性肿瘤溶解综合征3例

Three cases of tumor lysis syndrome after bortezomib therapy for multiple myeloma

尽管临床上应用多种药物治疗,但多发性骨髓瘤仍然是一种不可治愈的疾病,因此需要研究开发针对瘤细胞和骨髓微环境的新的治疗药物,硼替佐米已被证实具有明显的抗骨髓瘤活性,我们在应用硼替佐米治疗过程中有3例患者发生了急性肾功能衰竭,考虑肾功能的恶化与肿瘤细胞溶解有关,现报告如下,并结合文献进行讨论。

Multiple myeloma （MM） remains an incurable disease despite of intensive therapy therapies that target both tumor cells and bone marrow microenviroment are urgently needed. Bortezomib , so novel is a novel agent that inhibits proteasome and has shown the activity against multiple myeloma. Here, we reported three MM patients treated with bortezomib, who had acute renal failure associated with tumor lysis syndrome.
