摘要
通过对市场需求的调研分析,对20Mn2圆环链用盘条进行研制开发。利用现有的转炉冶炼、精炼、连铸及美国第五代摩根高速线材轧机技术装备,通过制定合理的工艺和关键工序控制,研制开发出质量优良的圆环链用盘条。实验结果表明,研制的20Mn2圆环链用盘条力学性能指标满足并超出技术协议的要求,表面光滑,无有害缺陷,精度达到B级。
The wire rod for 20Mn2 circular chain is researched and developed after the investigation and analysis on market demands. With the existing technology and equipment of converter smelting, refining, continuous casting and Morgan highspeed wire rod rolling mill of the fifth generation, by formulating rational processes and controlling critical processes, the mentioned rod with prime quality is developed. Test results show the produced rod meets or exceeds the mechanical property requirement in the technical agreement. The product gives smooth surface, having no detrimental defect and its precision reaches B Class.
