摘要
结合天津钢铁有限公司2#高炉配套热风炉工程,介绍了工业控制组态软件Concept2.6、Ifix3.5在热风炉自动控制的应用情况,及控制系统的组成、结构特点以及控制功能的实现。该控制系统基本实现了热风炉燃烧、焖炉、送风的自动控制,基本取代人工操作,取得了良好的控制效果。
In conjunction with TISC BF 2 hot air stove project, the paper introduces the application of industrial control configuration software Concept 2.6 and Ifix 3.5 in automation control system for hot air stove, and the composition and structure characteristics of the control system and the realization of control functions. The control system basically achieves automation control of combustion, banking and blast of the stove, and replaces manual operation, giving good control effect.
