摘要
通过对变频器产生过电压现象的分析,得出变频器产生过电压的主要原因是变频器所拖动的电机处于发电运行状态,在直流母线侧形成"泵升电压"而产生过电压。针对高速线材厂的实际情况,采取改变变频器可设定的参数、定期更换中间直流回路电容、两台变频器共用直流母线的方法,使过电压在生产中发生的几率得到降低。
By the analysis on frequency converter overvoltage failure, the authors contribute the main reason to 'pumping voltage' formed at DC busbar side when the motor of the frequency converter is in a state of power generation. According to the actual situation at High Speed Wire Mill, methods are taken such as changing set parameters, exchanging capacitors of middle DC circuit periodically, and two converters sharing DC busbar, and so on in order to lower the probability of overvoltage occurrence in production.
