摘要
采用X射线荧光光谱法测定铁矿石中TFe含量,对其分析结果不确定度产生原因进行分析。建立测量过程分量的数学模型,确定测定结果的置信区间,并对铁矿石中TFe含量测定结果的不确定度进行了评定。
X-ray fluorescence spectrometry is adopted in determining the TFe content in iron ore and the cause of uncertain analysis results is analyzed. A mathematical model for process component is established to confine the confidence interval of measuring results. The uncertainty of measurement results for TFe content in iron ore is assessed.
