摘要
介绍了采用X射线荧光光谱仪测定铁矿石样品中全铁等元素的情况。采用四硼酸锂高温熔融方法制备样品,消除了产生误差的因素,分析结果的精密度、准确度高,分析速度快,解决了X射线荧光分析与化学分析结果相差较大的问题。
The authors describe the application of determination of elements such as total iron in iron ore sample with X-ray fluoroscope spectrometry. The lithium tetraborate high temperature melting method is applied for sample preparation. The factors causing errors are eliminated. The analysis is of high precision and accuracy with fast speed. The problem of big difference between X-ray fluorescence spectrometry and chemistry analysis is solved.
