药芯焊丝是近年发展起来的高档焊接材料,其在焊接材料中的占有比例,在一定程度上反映了焊接自动化的水平。介绍了我国及欧美、日本焊接材料的发展现状,对药芯焊丝的带钢法生产工艺、装备进行分析,为药芯焊丝企业提供参考。
The flux-cored welding wire is a kind of high grade welding material developed recently, the percentage of which in welding material reflects the welding automation level in certain degree. The paper shows the development status of welding material in China, Europe, US and Japan, analyzes the production process and equipment of strip method for flux-cored welding wire and provides reference for flux-cored welding wire producer.
