摘要 针对带霍尔元件直流无刷电动机,设计一种基于AVR单片机的轻小型控制模块。该控制模块包含控制电路板、嵌入式软件、人机界面,能灵活修改控制算法中的控制策略,具有3种控制方式,体积小,重量轻,人机界面友好,输入电源电压范围可达10V至40V。测试结果表明,转速控制的稳定性与准确度较高,适用于对空间与载重要求严格的场合。 A light control module for brushless DC motor with hall sensor based on AVR microcontroller is developed. It contains the control circuit board, embed software, man-machine interface running on PC. The controller has small size, light weight, friendly man-machine interface. The input supply voltage ranges from 10 volt to 40 volt. Control strategy can be easily changed through code modification with high flexibility. Three kinds of control mode are realized. Test results demonstrate that the controller, having high speed control stability and accuracy, is suitable for strict space and load demanding occasions.
