摘要
蒸发过程是工业生产硫酸铵的关键工艺,在硫酸铵的生产过程中起着决定性的作用,并且蒸发过程具有复杂性和难控性的特点。传统的PID控制在蒸发过程控制中很难保证系统具有较高的准确性、快速性和稳定性。在对蒸发系统机理建模的基础上提出了基于双模控制的控制策略,使系统的鲁棒性和动态性得到较大的改善。
Evaporation process as the key process of ammonium sulfate production process plays a decisive role in the production, and this system is characterized by complexity and uncontrollability. The traditional PID control is difficult to ensure the system have the better accuracy, rapidity and stability. In view of this, doublemode control algorithm is proposed base on the mechanism model of multi-effect evaporator which improves the system dynamic performance and robust property.
