摘要
针对干涉成像光谱仪的原理、特点及对定标内容的要求,从图像的均匀性定标、光电响应的线性度及绝对光谱辐射度定标几个方面研究了实验室条件下定标的内容与方法,得出了光电响应的线性拟合曲线方程,以及均匀性定标的校正系数和绝对光谱辐射度定标的系数,并将校正系数应用于图像数据的处理;分析了影响干涉成像光谱仪定标精度的主要因素,以此确定仪器的绝对光谱辐射度定标精度。
On the basis of the discussion of the principle and characteristic of the Imaging Fourier Transform Spectroscopy, laboratory calibration technology are deeply studied, including nonuniformity correction of the pixels, linearity of photo-elastic response,absolute radiometric calibration, and relative results are given. Functions of linearity fit curve of pixels' photo-elastic response are obtained, nonuniformity correction coefficient and radiometric calibration coefficient are obtained, The main factors of influencing the accuracy of calibration are analyzed.
