摘要
提出一种基于数字电路的可控整流电路中换相点及相序的检测方法。利用数字电路,通过对采样电压值进行比较,来判断出换相点,并在EDA软件中进行了仿真,验证了该方法的正确性和精度;检测电路中流过各相电流的有无,将检测的结果送入控制单元来判断相序。这种方法可用于可控整流电路,有源逆变和PWM整流等电路中。
A detection method for phase changed points and phase sequences for the controlled rectifier circuit based on digital circuit is proposed. The phase changed points are detected through sampling the voltage with a high frequency by the digital circuit, which is verified in the simulations in the EDA software. The phase sequences are determined by the signals from detecting the current of each phase. The method is not only suitable for controlled rectifier circuit, but also for PWM rectifier circuit and active inverter circuit.
