摘要
边界突然扩大的流动在管道输运工程中是一种常见的流动现象,管道的设计对节能及生产成本的降低起着至关重要的作用。利用计算流体力学(CFD)中的FLUENT软件对突扩管路牛顿流体层流情况进行数值模拟,并通过后处理软件Tec-plot和Origin对模拟结果做了数据处理,给出了不同雷诺数和不同突扩比情况下的突扩管分离流场的流线图,分析了它们对突扩管流的影响。结果可以很好的反映突扩管流的基本特征,为工业生产中常见的此类问题的研究提供了理论依据和分析方法。
Boundary sudden-expansion flow is the common flow phenomenon in the pipeline transportation engineering. Pipeline design plays a vital role in energy-saving and lower cost of production. The laminar flow of a Newtonian fluid in sudden-expansion pipe is simulated using CFD software FLUENT, and the resuhs are treated by the post-processing software Tecplot and Origin. Streamline charts of the sudden-expansion pipe separated flow are given in different Reynolds numbers and enlargement ratio, and the influence of Reynolds numbers and enlargement ratio to it are analyzed. The results reflect essential characteristic of sudden-expansion pipe flow and provide theoretical foundation and analytical method for solving the common problem in industrial production.
