中风病人血清NO含量动态测定及其意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨中风患者血清NO含量的动态变化及其相应意义。方法:收集19例脑梗塞10例脑出血者以发病4h、12h、24h、3d、7d五个时相用改良Gries法测血清NO代谢产物NO-x(NO-2+NO-3)的含量。结果:中风病人在发病4~7h血清NO-x值明显高于正常(P<0.01)。并且呈双峰趋势,梗塞及出血分别于3d及24h时NO-x值最高,梗塞与出血间以及大、小梗塞间无显著差异。结论:NO在超早期有脑保护作用。
