Diathesis Ability Evaluation Model of Aviation Aircraft Crew Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

根据航空兵部队正规化建设需要,必须对航空机务人员的素质能力进行评估。本文从航空兵部队航空机务人员实际出发,建立了评估指标体系,使用层次分析法对机务人员素质能力进行了综合评估建模。通过计算示例,该模型客观、有效地反映了航空机务人员的素质能力,对促进航空机务人员的素质能力建设有重要意义。

According to normalization construction demand of aviation unit, the diathesis ability of aviation aircraft crew must be evaluated. Based on the fact of aviation aircraft crew of aviation unit, an evaluation index set is established. By using analytic hierarchy process, an integrated evaluation is established to evaluate diathesis ability of aircr＇aft crew. By a calculation example, the model objectively and availably reflects diathesis ability of aviation aircraft crew, and promotes diathesis ability construction of aviation aircraft crew.
