高压氧和血液稀释治疗脑缺血、防治心肌缺血的实验及临床研究

The Experimental and Clinical Research on Ischemic Brain and to Prevent Myocardisl Ischemia Resulting from Cerebral Stroke with Hyperbaric Oxygen & Hemodilution

目的探求脑缺血的有效治疗并防治发生心肌缺血。方法平行实验与临床研究，各随机分组，高压氧组、血液稀释组及两者合用与对照组比较，主要指标为脑梗塞范围、脑及心肌细胞酶、氧自由基产物及抗氧化酶含量。结果动物及临床观察结果一致：高压氧及血液稀释均有肯定治疗效果，两者合用效果最佳。

Objective To seek a effective way for treatment cerebral ischemia and prevent myocardial ischemia resulting the former. Methods The experiments included two parts were carried out on rats and patients, and were divided into 4 groups respectively: 1).Hyperbaric oxygen group (HO); 2).Hemedilution group (HD);3).Hyperbaric oxygen in combination with Hemodilution group (HO + HD); 4).Control group (C). The size of cerebral infarction, the enzymologic target of cerebral and myocardium, SOD and MDA were measured in every group after cerebral ischemia and treatment. Results There was not difference of the results between in rats and patients. By the treatment with hyperbaric oxygen or hemedilution,all targets observed were remarkably improved,while the combination of the hyperbaric oxygen and hemodilution was the best one. Conclusion Combinating the hyperbaric oxygen and hemodilution might be the effective way for treatment cerebral stroke and prevent myocardial ischemia.
