正义作为人类亘古不变的追求,是社会主义和谐社会的核心内容和基础。西方正义观念起源于古希腊,发展于中世纪,不断完善于当代。西方正义观念深深的影响了西方人的政治、经济和文化。西方的政府运作,经济政策和福利政策,都体现着正义观念的影响。当前我国正处在社会转型时期,对西方的正义观念进行现实阐释,并在体制上对该观念进行建构,既是可能的,也是必要的。

The Justice is the eternal goal that mankind pursues from ancient times, which is the foundation and the key content of the socialist harmonious society. The notion of justice originated from ancient Greeks, developed in the Middle Ages, and are increasingly perfect in the contemporary era. The politics, economy, and culture are deeply effeeted by the notion of justice in the west. The operation of the government, the policy of the economy and the welfare are all the embodiment of the influence of the notion of justice. At present, we are in the age of transforming, the actual explanation and the contemporary construction of social justice are not only possible, but also necessary.
