摘要
详细地介绍了采用螺旋机生产的D212焊条的研究技术路线、焊条配方设计及焊条各项性能试验结果等。试验表明,螺旋机生产的D212焊条熔敷金属理化性能达到国标要求,焊条焊接工艺性能良好,并与油压机生产的同类型D212焊条处于同一水平。同时螺旋机生产的D212焊条外在质量好,生产成本低。
Technlcal approaches to preparation on fly press, composition formula and performance inspection tests of D212 electrode are introduced. The experiments prove that the mechanical and chemical performances of the deposited metal welded by the D212 electrode made on fly press meet Chinese state standard, the electrode is good in weldability matching that made on liquid press.
