摘要
对碳钢酸性焊条的再引弧进行了分类,并对再引弧现象进行了较深入的分析。焊条再引弧可分为瞬时、高温和低温再引弧3类。焊条低温再引弧过程是典型的焊条药皮套筒内熔渣的接触热击穿过程,而低温再引弧的导电原因,则是因为焊条药皮套筒内熔渣中存在亚稳定的可产生自由电子的中间产物。
The arc restriking of acid electrodes for carbon steel welding is such classified in this paper as instantaneous restriking, high temperature restriking and low temperature restriking. The phenomenon of are restriking is analyzed. The process of the restriking at low temperatare is considered as a typical curse of heat breakdown of slags in electrode coating muff and the electric conduction is attributed to the metastable intermediate presenting in the slags which could produce some free electrons.
