比索洛尔对脑出血后室性心律失常的防治作用

The effect of prevention and treatment of Bisoprolol on ventricular arrhythmia caused by intracerebral hemorrhage

目的：观察比索洛尔对脑出血后心律失常的作用。方法：通过大鼠脑出血模型，应用24h动态心电图记录心律失常发生情况。结果：比索洛尔能减少脑出血后定性早搏的发生，尤其能预防阵发性室性心动过速的发作。结论：比索洛尔对脑出血后定性心律失常具有明显的预防及治疗作用。

Objective: To study the effect of prevention and treatment of Bisoprolol on arrhythmia after intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods:Arrhythmia was recorded using 24 h ECG in intracerebral hemorrhage rat model. Results: The results showed that Bisoprolol could prevent theoccurrence of premature ventricular beat,especially ventricular tacbycardia. Conclusion: Bisoprololpossess obvious effect of prevention and treatment of Bisoprolol on arrhythmia after intracerebralhemorrhage.
