摘要
探讨精神分裂症病人的血液流变性特点及不同临床类型之间的差 异。对符合 ＣＣＭＤ－２－Ｒ精神分裂症诊断的病人 １４ ０ 例进行临床分型和血流变检 测，并与６０名健康人对照。结果显示：榆神分裂症患者全血粘度、红细胞刚性指数、 低切还原粘度、纤维蛋白原和电泳率显著高于健康人，红细胞电泳时间、脑血流量 显著低于健康人；偏执型和未定型突出表现为高血粘度和高电泳率，青春型以高血 粘度和高血小板粘附率为突出。认为精神分裂症病人的高粘滞血症及各型间的差 异提示精神分裂症的发病与血液流变性变化有关。
In 140 cases with schizophrenia of CCMD-2-R, the hemorheological indices were tested and analyzed among the clinical types, compared with 60 healthy. The whole blood viscosi-ty , stiffness index, low shear redution viscosity, fibrinogen and electropholesis rate of schizophren-ics showed significantly higher than those of the healthy, but the erythrocyte electropholesis time and cerbral blood flow were significanltly lower than those of the healthy. The blood viscosity and the electropholesis rate of paranold type and undifferentiated type showed higher. The platelet ad-herence rate of hebephrenic type showed significantly higher, however. The hypervisaemia of schizoprenics and the hemorheological differences among types revealed that it is relative between the onset and the hemorheological changes.
