中小企业发展问题与发展方式转变

On the SMEs' Development Problems and Model Transformation

当前中小企业面临的问题既是国际金融危机带来的,更是国内经济社会转型导致企业经营成本上升而产生的。中小企业只有转变发展方式,才能从根本上摆脱这种困境。本文对于完善相应政策法规,促进中小企业转变发展方式提出了具体的政策建议。

Although the on-going international finance crisis is putting the Small-and-medium-sized Enterprises （SMEs） into dilemma, the challenges facing the SMEs stems from the going-up operating cost resulting from China＇s economic and social transformation. The only way for the SMEs out of the current dilemma is to transform their development models. This paper gives some suggestions on how to improve the corresponding regulations and policies to promote the SMEs＂ development model transformation.
