摘要
Wistar大鼠ip80%半乳糖溶液并饮用10%半乳糖诱发半乳糖性白内障,治疗组从试验的d4开始结膜下注射15%牛磺酸溶液,在试验的d3,8,14取大鼠房水,晶状体,采用高效液相色谱仪测量大鼠房水,晶状体中氨基酸含量变化,结晶显示半乳糖性白内障大鼠房水,晶状体中谷氨酸,丙氨酸,丝氨酸,谷氨酰胺,牛磺酸含量明显地下降;治疗组给予牛磺酸后,五种氨基酸的含量不同程度地升高,尤其以谷氨酸,牛磺酸含量升高最为明显.因此我们认为牛磺酸可以抑制半乳糖性白内障发病过程中游离氨基酸含量的下降.
In order to observe effect of taurine on the contents of free amino acids in galactose induced cataract,Wistar rats were given galactose intraperitoneally and orally fron d 1 to sacrificed day to induce cataract,then subconjunctivally injected 15% taurine 1 mL·kg-1 from d 4 to sacrificed day.On the d 3,d 8,d 14 day,aqueous humor and lens were taken to measure the contents of free amino acids.The result showed that free amino acids decreased in different degrees in the aqueous humor and lens of cataract rats,but increased gradually by 15% taurine injection.It is concluded that taurine can prevent the loss of free amino acids in the lens of galactose cataract rats.
