摘要
目的:了解曲率半径及屈折力与眼别、性别、年龄及近视程度的关系。方法:应用佳能公司的RK2自动反射角膜散光测量仪测量近视眼角膜前曲率半径及屈折力。结果:171例近视眼患者(342只眼)的角膜前曲率半径水平径线值为7799±0020mm,垂直径线值为7653±0021mm。角膜屈折力水平径线为43321±0112D,垂直径线44154±0121D。结论:近视眼角膜前曲率半径水平径线值大于垂直径线值(P<001),其屈折力垂直径线值大于水平径线值(P<001);近视眼的角膜前曲率半径无论是水平还是垂直径线值男性均大于女性,而角膜屈折力值女性大于男性;高度近视眼组的角膜屈折力大于中度近视眼组。
Objective:To investigate the relationship and between the corneal curvature,refractive power and ages,and difference between 2 eyes and sexes,degrees of myopia.Methods:The corneal curvature and refractive power of myopia were measured by using CANON RK 2 Auto Ref Keratometer.Results:The horizontal corneal curvature of 171 cases(342 eyes) of myopia was higher than the vertical( P <0 01) with their values of 7 799±0 020 mm with and 7 653±0 021 mm respectively.But the vertical corneal refractive power was stronger than the horizontal( P <0 01) with their values of 44 154±0 121 D and 43 321±0 112 D respectively.Conclusion:Both the vertical and horizontal values of the corneal curvature were higher in males than those in females.In contrast,both the vertical and horizontal values of the corneal refractive power were lower in males than those in females.The values of the corneal refractive power were higher in high myopia than those in mild myopia.
