准分子激光治疗近视6个月疗效观察

Sixmonth followup of excimer laser photorefractive keratectomy of myopia

本文报道５０６例９４１只近视眼用雷塞公司的Ｃｏｍｐａｋ—２００型准分子激光机进行ＰＲＫ治疗的结果，术前屈光度为－１．５Ｄ到－２３Ｄ，本组病例手术矫正度数为－１．５～－９．００Ｄ。术后６个月时，第１组（≤－６．００Ｄ，平均－４．５１±１．７Ｄ），第２组（－６．２５～－９．００Ｄ，平均－７．１８±０．８１Ｄ）和第３组（≥－９．２５Ｄ，平均－１０．５±０．７１Ｄ）的病人裸眼视力在０．５以上的分别为９８．５％、８８．９％和３７．５％，屈光度分别在－０．３４±０．８１Ｄ、－０．７９±１．１８Ｄ、－２．０４±２．１４Ｄ范围内。术后１２月时，分别有９３．８％、８８％和４２．９％的病人裸眼视力在０．５以上，屈光度分别在－０．４５±０．７１Ｄ、－０．８６±０．９１Ｄ和－１．６２±１．５４Ｄ范围内。术后１５月时，第１组病人１００％视力在１．０以上，屈光度在－０．０７±０．３５Ｄ范围内，第２组病人１００％视力在０．５以上，屈光度在－０．７５±０．９８Ｄ范围内。没有严重并发症发生。该结果提示ＰＲＫ手术是一种安全。

Photorefractive keratectomy was performed on 941 eyes of 506 patients with preoperative refraction ranging from -15 to -23 diopters(D).The attempted corrective diopters ranged from -15 to -900D.Six months after operation,uncorrected visual acuity of group one(≤-600D,mean -451±17D),two(-625D～-900D,mean -718±081D)and three(≥-925D,mean -105±071D)were improved to 05 or better in 985%,889% and 375% respectively.At 1 year,the respective percentages were found to be 938%,88% and 429% of the treated eyes.At 15 months,the uncorrective visual acuity were 05 or better in 100% of both groups 1 and 2.The undercorrected amount of refraction in groups 1,2 and 3 were -034±081D,-079±118D and -204±214D at 6 months,-045±071D,-086±091D and -162±154D at 1 year and -007±035 and -075±098D at 15 months respectively.For all patients,no severe complications were observed.The results suggested that PRK for myopia appears to be effective,predictable,and safe.
