滚环扩增技术鉴定念珠菌、曲霉和赛多孢子菌 被引量:1

摘要 由于机会感染真菌对抗真菌药物的敏感性存在很大的差异,因此,及时鉴定机会感染真菌到种的水平对于后续临床治疗具有重要意义。为了克服传统培养鉴定方法耗时和敏感性差的缺陷,针对真菌核糖体DNA基因复合体ITS区,在PCR技术基础上建立了许多分子生物学鉴定技术,如多重和(或)实时PCR、DNA序列分析和探针相关技术。滚环扩增技术能检测到数个碱基甚至单个碱基的差异,显示出很好的敏感性和特异性。我们采用滚环扩增技术,鉴定机会感染真菌包括除白念珠菌和烟曲霉以外的念珠菌和曲霉,以及赛多孢子菌。
