摘要
目的:评估自制GG纯钛烤瓷材料的生物安全性。方法:依据ISO标准,制作GG纯钛瓷粉材料试件,选用细胞毒性试验、急性毒性试验、口腔黏膜刺激试验,对该纯钛体瓷材料的毒性、黏膜刺激性进行生物安全性评估。结果:该体瓷材料细胞毒性评分为0级;急性毒性实验评价为无毒性;口腔黏膜刺激实验肉眼观察无红斑,显微镜评分≤4。结论:该自制纯钛体瓷材料具有良好的生物安全性。
AIM ： To evaluate the biological security of GG titanium body porcelain. METHODS ： Preliminary biocompatible tests of material were performed depending on the ISO7405 - 1997 （E） standard. The cytotoxicity test, acute systemic toxicity test, and oral mucous membrane irritation test were performed to test its security. RESULTS： The cytotoxicity test of the material was grade 0. The acute systemic toxicity test showed no toxicity. There was no irritation to the oral mucosa. CONCLUSION： The GG titanium body porcelain showed excellent biocompatibility on the preliminary tests.
