固定义齿修复对头颈部核磁共振图像影响的临床观察

Clinical observation of effect of fixed denture on the head and neck MRI examination

目的:观察和了解口腔不同材质固定修复体对头颈部核磁共振图像(m agnetic resonance im-age,MR I)的影响。方法:临床选取55例口腔内有固定修复体需要做头颈部MR I检查的病例,观察修复体部位图像伪影的发生规律和被检部位受影响的情况。结果:3个以上单位的镍铬合金修复体所产生的伪影可致局部图像观察受影响,其他材质的修复体虽有伪影,但尚不影响局部图像观察,且伪影仅限于修复体的范围内,不波及周围组织。全瓷冠不出现伪影。头颈部被检部位图像显示正常。结论:口腔内固定修复体不影响头颈部的MR I检查。

AIM： To observe the head and neck MR images in patient with fixed denture of differential dental casting alloys. METHODS ： 55 cases with fixed denture of differential dental casting alloys were observed when they were examined by MRI on head and neck. The metal artifacts around the fixed denture and the situations affected on the head and neck were evaluated. RESULTS ： The local images shows interfered by metal artifacts of the Ni - Cr alloys of more than 3 units fixed denture. The others were affected partially. The metal artifacts were limited in the field of fixed denture. There were no artifacts to porcelain crown. The MR images of head and neck showed normally. CONCLUSION： MRI examination to head and neck was not affected by the fixed denture.
